I called Joe on a Saturday morning after my boiler quit for good. He came over right away, surveyed the situation and indicated he could install a new boiler on Monday. He and his helper completed the job as promised and did excellent work. If you are looking for an honest, reputable and skilled HVAC technician I absolutely recommend Joe at Air Crew HVAC in Fairfield, NJ.  He came to my home on a Saturday afternoon to help diagnose an issue with my furnace.  He made time out of his filled schedule to stop by and give me free advice.  He is a rare person in this business because he is not just looking to make money, but he actually cares about helping people as well! We had a water heater leaking last week and no hot water. It wasn't until after 5pm that we discovered it. I started calling places and got answering services or high prices just to come out. I remembered AirCrew from a conversation with a neighbor and contacted them. Joe got right back to me. He asked some questions on capacity and said he could be there at 9:20pm after his last scheduled call. He showed up about 8pm and we decided the 14 year old water heater needed to be replaced. He quoted an extremely reasonable price and took off to pick up the new Rheem water heater. He installed it and was done about 10pm. He said he would be back the next day to pick up the old one and he did so. Never have I experienced such good service from a company. AirCrew is now our go-to company. Try them. From Day 1, Joe has been extremely responsive!  We were inquiring for information thru his website and he had spontaneously responded, even during late evenings.  He was on time during the day of installation and completed the job at the promised time.  After installation, we had an issue with a damper on the system; Joe stood behind his promise yet again and returned on the same night to immediately correct the issue. I never leave reviews, but this guy is worth 5 stars 🌟

Our heater went out two days before Christmas and our house was freezing with a small baby. First technician came and couldn't solve it so we called AirCrew.

They worked till 10pm at night to get it solved for us so we'd have heat. Very affordable pricing and very exemplary service.

I’m a first time home owner any time I have a problem whether it’s AC system or plumbing Joe has been the guy to solve all my issues and I appreciate that when he finishes his work he gives me tips on things i can do to help not just for the job he came to do.Great guy and it gives me a peace of mind when you have someone who loves what they do goes above and beyond to satisfy their customer .
